Reporting Level definition

Reporting Level means the lowest level at which the entire analytical system gives a recognizable signal and acceptable calibration point for the analyte, as determined by the procedure set forth at 40 CFR 136. In most cases the ML is equivalent to the Required Reporting Value (RRV) unless otherwise specified in the permit.
Reporting Level means the level in the hierarchy of the administration on which a post is located for the purposes of reporting and accountability.

  • Service credits will not be available in cases where the failure to meet the Reporting Level Goal is a result of (i) Customer's failure to provide valid and accurate contact information as set forth above; (ii) the failure or malfunction of equipment, applications or systems not owned or controlled by Qwest, (iii) circumstances or causes beyond the control of Qwest, including instances of Force Majeure (as defined in this Agreement), or (iv) schedule service maintenance, alteration, or implementation.
