Reportable Spill definition
Reportable Spill a release, suspected or threatened release, or spill of a Hazardous Substance which gives rise to an obligation under applicable Law to give notice to any Governmental Authority.
Reportable Spill means any authorised and observable discharge of Petroleum, brine, chemical or hazardous substances.
