Report Request means a form of request substantially in the form set out in the Agency Agreement.

  • Buyer shall have no obligation to indemnify FDRI against any liability, loss or damage FDRI might suffer arising solely out of FDRI's negligent performance of Application Processing Services and On-Line Credit Bureau Report Request Services called for by this Agreement.
