Replenishment Cycle definition

Replenishment Cycle means each date when a complete cycle of replenishment of all Transferred Machines has been completed, i.e., a Replenishment Date for each Transferred Machine shall have occurred.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Direction-indicator lamp means the lamp used to indicate to other road-users that the driver intends to change direction to the right or to the left;

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Shift Cycle means the period of time when the shift schedule repeats itself. In those instances where the schedule does not repeat itself, the term "Shift Cycle" shall be understood to mean a period of time not exceeding twelve (12) weeks.
