Examples of Replacement Request in a sentence

  • All requests for replacement of a committed MBE/WBE firm shall be submitted to the Engineer for approval on Form RF-1 (Replacement Request).

  • The Replacement Request shall be in writing and upon receipt of the request, Vendor shall make reasonable efforts to furnish a qualified and acceptable replacement within fifteen (15) business days.

  • Vendor shall notify OCIO immediately upon receiving a Replacement Request from another Governmental Entity and promptly provide a copy of such Replacement Request to OCIO.

  • If the revised planned date of cessation of operation for the existing Generating Facility is prior to the planned date of cessation of operation specified in the original request Replacement Request, Interconnection Customer must submit a new Replacement Request at least one (1) year prior to the date that the existing Generating Facility is planned to cease operation.

  • As soon as practicable, Transmission Provider shall tender to Interconnection Customer a reliability assessment study agreement for the Replacement Request (Reliability Assessment Study) authorizing Transmission Provider, at Interconnection Customer’s expense, to perform the Reliability Assessment Study.

  • All requests for replacement of a committed DBE firm shall be submitted to the Engineer for approval on Form RF-1 (DBE Replacement Request).

Related to Replacement Request

  • Payment request means any request for contract financing payment or invoice payment by the Contractor.
