Replacement Orders definition

Replacement Orders means any order which is identical or substantially similar to any of the Orders and which the Employer receives in substitution for any of the Orders following the termination or expiry of this Contract;

  • Payment Order means an instruction of a sender to a receiving bank, transmitted orally, electronically, or in writing, to pay, or to cause another bank to pay, a fixed or determinable amount of money to a beneficiary if the following apply:

  • Curtailment Order means any of the following:

  • Buyer Curtailment Order means the instruction from Buyer to Seller to reduce generation from the Project by the amount, and for the period of time set forth in such order, for reasons unrelated to a Planned Outage, Forced Outage, Force Majeure and/or Curtailment Order.

  • Entitlement Order shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102 of the UCC.

  • Market Order means Orders which are executed at the best available market price.
