Replacement Credit Support definition

Replacement Credit Support has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7.
Replacement Credit Support means bonds, guarantees, letters of credit, cash deposits, and other amounts, obligations or instruments to be furnished by Buyer at Closing sufficient to replace and obtain the release of the Existing Credit Support.
Replacement Credit Support has the meaning set forth in Section 4 hereof.

More Definitions of Replacement Credit Support

Replacement Credit Support means, in respect of Ineligible Credit Support that was delivered pursuant to Paragraph 11(h)(iv), Eligible CSA Collateral with a Value equal to the Value of the Ineligible Credit Support on the Exchange Date. For the avoidance of doubt, Replacement Credit Support shall not comprise Ineligible Credit Support.
Replacement Credit Support means a Letter of Credit in the amount of the Letter of Credit Amount calculated as of the Closing Date.
Replacement Credit Support means, collectively, the Credit Support replaced by Rev on or prior to the Contribution Date for each applicable Contributor Subsidiary.
