Replaced Reference Entity definition

Replaced Reference Entity means a Reference Entity in respect of which the Reference Entity Notional Amount is to be reduced pursuant to a Trade Assessment Request.
Replaced Reference Entity means a Reference Entity (a) that is to be removed from the Reference Portfolio if, following such Substitution, the Reference Entity Notional Amount of such Reference Entity would be equal to zero or (b) the Reference Entity Notional Amount in respect of which is greater than zero following such Substitution and which shall be deemed to be reduced by the Reference Entity Notional Amount as detailed in the Substitution Notice or, as the case may be, the Alternative Quotation Notice.
Replaced Reference Entity means, in respect of a Substitution Request, a Reference Entity in respect of which the Portfolio Manager proposes a reduction in the corresponding Reference Entity Notional Amount in such Substitution Request.
