Repeated Offense definition

Repeated Offense means a second or subsequent conviction, plea of liability, or finding of liability of any Department rule or regulation within a twenty-four (24) month period. This does not preclude the admission of prior violations in aggravation.
Repeated Offense means a second or subsequent commission of the same or similar offense within a one (1) year period;
Repeated Offense means a conviction of a person for an additional repeated violation of the same provision of this Resolution, for which violation of said same provision such person has been previously convicted.
