Repeat Incident definition
Repeat Incident is an Incident that has previously had an associated Problem record that has been processed through Error Control (Problem Management) and had a PCA (Potential Corrective Action) promoted to the controlled environment during the Measurement Period. Repeat Problem A "Repeat Problem" is a Problem that has been processed through the Problem Management process but has been determined by Transport to be an ineffective solution to the original Problem. Reports Has the meaning given to that term in clause 26.1(a) of this Agreement. A reference to a specific "Report" (for example, a 'Conference Summary Report') is a reference to a report as set out in Attachment 13-A (Description of Service Reports) of Exhibit 13 (Service Reports) or a Project Statement of Work.
