Repeat Failure definition

Repeat Failure has the meaning given to it in paragraph 3.1 of Part A of schedule 2.2 (Service Levels);
Repeat Failure has the meaning given to it in paragraph 4.1 of Part A;
Repeat Failure means if the Contractor fails to achieve the same required Service Level during six (6) consecutive months or during six (6) months in any twelve (12) month period.

Examples of Repeat Failure in a sentence

  • If, in the next Measurement Period, it achieves Service Availability of 98.5%, it will incur a Minor KPI Failure and accordingly accrue 1 Service Point, but as the failure is a Repeat Failure, this amount is doubled and so the Supplier will incur 2 Service Points for the failure (i.e. SP = 1 x 2).

  • If, in the next Measurement Period, it achieves Service Availability of 96.5%, it will incur a Severe KPI Failure and accordingly accrue 3 Service Points, but as the failure is a Repeat Failure, this amount is doubled and so the Supplier will incur 6 Service Points for the failure (i.e. SP = 3 x 2).

  • Any subsequent failure by the Contractor to achieve that same Service Level shall also be a Repeat Failure.

  • Repeat, Persistent and Multiple Failures If the Contractor fails to achieve any Service Level during two (2) consecutive Service Periods or during two (2) Service Periods in any four (4) month period, the second such failure shall be a Repeat Failure.

  • If any Repeat Failure occurs, the number of Service Points that shall accrue to the Contractor in respect of such Repeat Failure shall be double the number of Service Points that would normally accrue in respect of an initial failure of that Service Level.

  • Where an Operational Repeat Failure occurs the Supplier at its costs shall prepare a formal written Rectification Plan pursuant to Clause 25 of the Agreement.

  • Where: the number of Service Points accrued against a Transition Phase KPI exceeds 12 (twelve) or the number of Service Points accrued over any three (3) consecutive Months exceeds 36 (thirty six) in aggregate, (each a "Transition Repeat Failure").

  • Any subsequent failure by the Contractor to achieve that same Operating Service Level shall also be a Repeat Failure.

  • If, in the next Measurement Period, it achieves Availability of 99.65%, it will incur a Severe KPI Failure and accordingly accrue 3 Service Points, but as the failure is a Repeat Failure, this amount is doubled and so the Supplier will incur six (6) Service Points for the failure (ie SP = 3  2).

  • If, in the next Measurement Period, it achieves a Service level of 96.5%, it will incur a Severe KPI Failure and accordingly accrue 3 Service Points, but as the failure is a Repeat Failure, this amount is doubled and so the Supplier will incur 6 Service Points for the failure (i.e. SP = 3 x 2).
