Repayment Cap definition

Repayment Cap means with respect to any date of determination, the Certificate Principal Balance on the Closing Date multiplied by 0.0075.
Repayment Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3, being 1.5x the aggregate amount disbursed.
Repayment Cap means amount that is 2.0x the Amount of the Loan.
