Repatriated Funds definition

Repatriated Funds means amounts paid by Foreign Subsidiaries to the Company or any Domestic Subsidiary in respect of the repayment of intercompany loans, dividends and return of capital.

Examples of Repatriated Funds in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the foregoing shall not apply to any funds received or receivable by Borrower or any Subsidiary from any Foreign Subsidiary or Foreign Subsidiary Holding Company as a result of the repatriation of funds between such entities (the “Repatriated Funds”) and such Repatriated Funds shall not, at any time, constitute Pledged Collateral.

  • It is expressly agreed that the amount of $4,256,668.78 out of the Repatriated Funds and the amount transferred by Buyer under this Section 5.5 will be transferred to the Buyer Designated Trust/Escrow Accounts as directed by the State of Michigan.

Related to Repatriated Funds

  • Regulated Funds means the Existing Regulated Fund, the Future Regulated Funds and the BDC Downstream Funds.

  • Affiliated Fund means, with respect to any specified Person, a private equity investment fund that is an Affiliate of such Person or that is advised by the same investment adviser as such Person or by an Affiliate of such investment adviser.

  • Consolidated Fund means the Consolidated Fund established by this Constitution;

  • Noncash proceeds means proceeds other than cash proceeds.

  • Cash Proceeds means proceeds that are money, checks, deposit accounts, or the like.

  • Net Cash Proceeds with respect to any issuance or sale of Capital Stock, means the cash proceeds of such issuance or sale net of attorneys' fees, accountants' fees, underwriters' or placement agents' fees, discounts or commissions and brokerage, consultant and other fees actually incurred in connection with such issuance or sale and net of taxes paid or payable as a result thereof.

  • Cleared Funds means the proceeds of cheque deposits to your account, once the cheque is cleared, cash deposits and direct credits.
