Repap definition

Repap shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Repap means Repap Enterprises Inc., one of the parties to this Agreement and includes any successor to Repap that may result from a Change in Control. 51 3 1.2
Repap means Repap USA, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, and its successors.
