In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Series Supplement and the provisions of the Standard Terms, the provisions of this Series Supplement will control with respect to the Repackaged American General Floating Rate Trust Certificates, Series 2003-1 Certificates and the transactions described herein.
Paradigm shall be responsible for performing field service and maintenance of the Repackaged System.
