Reopening definition

Reopening means an action taken by the Director of the Division of Medicaid and Long-Term Care to reexamine or question the correctness of a determination or decision which is otherwise final. The Director is the sole authority in deciding whether to reopen. The action may be taken:

At any time on or after January 25, 2027 (three months prior to the maturity date of the Securities), the Securities will be redeemable, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time, at the Republic’s option, on not less than 30 nor more than 60 days’ notice by mail, at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Securities to be redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest and additional amounts, if any, to, but excluding, the date of redemption. For this purpose, the following terms have the following meanings:
