Renumeration definition

Renumeration means the fees that: (a) are defined/provided in Annex 1 to this "Agreement"; or (b) specified and individually delivered to "Client" (including, without limitation, by email) or (c) any other fees as provided in this "Agreement”. For the avoidance of doubt, remuneration provided to the "Client" individually shall prevail unless otherwise specified by the "Company" to the "Client".
