Rental Properties definition

Rental Properties means 3 or more residential dwelling units, detached or attached. Samples are tri-plex, four-plex, row housing, apartments, multi-unit buildings, boarding homes consisting of 3 or more living units including residential leased lots and multi-tenant commercial building of 3 or more rental/lease spaces.
Rental Properties means collectively, the Rental Property owned by each of the Sellers.

  • Most amenities and restaurants on ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Island are managed by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Island Club, and are not affiliated with Phoenix Rental Properties.

  • Altisource will coordinate, manage, structure, and generally administer all aspects of Residential’s specialty property insurance program, including hazard insurance, wind insurance, flood insurance and liability insurance relating to Rental Properties and REO Properties, both residential and commercial, as may be required.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the MSA, Altisource shall provide, or cause to be provided, to Residential and any of Residential’s Affiliates, the Leasing and Property Management Services with regard to Rental Properties owned by Residential.

  • The term “Preventative Maintenance Plan” means the plan establishing preventative maintenance guidelines for Rental Properties.
