Rental Plan definition

Rental Plan means CNHi Rental Equipment Plan, CNHi Rental Flex Plan, Rent-To-Own Plan or any other rental plan from time to time established jointly by CNHi and CNHi Capital in connection with a Wholesale Credit Line and published in the Discounts and Terms.
Rental Plan shall have the meaning specified in Exhibit A.

Examples of Rental Plan in a sentence

  • Not all additional bundled and/or optional services are available for a Short Term Service Plan or a Short Term Rental Plan.

  • Collectively, the SPOT Basic Service, SPOT Short Term Service Plan or the SPOT Short Term Rental Plan, as applicable, and all of the additional and/or optional services included in your Service Plan are referred to throughout this Agreement as “Services”.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Section 1.1.3(i) to the contrary, if you have selected a Short Term Service Plan or Short Term Rental Plan (each, as defined in Section 3.1), no changes to the General Terms or other parts of the Agreement will be effective during the term of your Short Term Service Plan or Short Term Rental Plan, as applicable.

  • You must at a minimum subscribe to a SPOT Basic Service plan, a SPOT Short Term Service Plan or a SPOT Short Term Rental Plan (each, as identified on the SPOT website) to utilize your SPOT Product.

  • If your plan is a Short Term Rental Plan, payment will be due in full at the time that you schedule your rental of the SPOT Product.

  • The services included in the SPOT Basic Service, SPOT Short Term Service Plan or SPOT Short Term Rental Plan, as applicable, for your SPOT Product and the additional bundled and/or optional services available to you, including the terms and conditions applicable to each, will be described in detail in your Service Plan.

  • If you have selected a Short Term Rental Plan, your reservation for a SPOT Product may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment of the SPOT Product to you by contacting SPOT; thereafter, the Short Term Rental Plan may not be cancelled.

  • As of the Actual Surrender Date, Exhibit A (Rental Plan) to the Lease shall be deemed to have excluded therefrom the Surrender Space.

  • The Demised Premises is the portion of the Building leased to Tenant, including terrace, if any, consisting of 10,455 usable square feet of floor area converted to 12,807 rentable square feet of floor area by multiplying the usable square feet by 122.5%, and located on the second floor and designated as "Demised Premises" on the "Rental Plan" (which is attached hereto as Exhibit B).

  • Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby hires from Landlord a portion of the second (2nd) floor of a certain office building located at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (the "Premises" or "Demised Premises" or "demised premises") , more particularly shown upon the Rental Plan annexed hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", for a term commencing and terminating as set forth in Article 37 of the Rider to Lease.


More Definitions of Rental Plan

Rental Plan means the Rental Plan as set out at the beginning of these rental terms and conditions and detailed on the Equipment Schedule.
Rental Plan. Amount to be Financed: 100% of Distributor's Net Invoice Price Term: 36 months from date of shipment. Payment:
Rental Plan. Amount to be Financed: 100% of the net unpaid balance. Terms: 36 months from date of the "Floor Plan" contract. Payment: 1% of the original contract amount, plus interest on the unpaid balance, in each of the first 12 months from date of the Floor Plan contract. 2% a of the original contract amount, plus interest on the unpaid balance in each of the 13th thru 24th month from date of the Floor Plan contract. 3% of the original contract amount, plus interest on the unpaid balance in each of the 25th thru 35th month from date of the Floor Plan contract. Balance due in the 36th month from date of the Floor Plan contract plus interest. First payment is due 1 month from conversion date. In all cases the monthly period includes the period of time the equipment was on Floor Plan. Interest Rate: Citibank, New York Prime Rate floating monthly at the rate in effect on the 25th day of the previous month, commencing from conversion date. Relief Provisions: Skip payments will be granted provided 1 monthly payment has been made, the equipment has been returned to the distributor, notification is given prior to the start of the contract month and the OFF-RENTAL report form #7943 has been received. Skip payments may be arranged as follows: During the first 6 months from date of the Floor Plan contract arrangements may be made for skip payments of principal and interest for a maximum of 5 skip payments. During the 7th thru 12th month from date of the Floor Plan contract skip payments of principal only will be granted for maximum of 3 skip payments during third period. During the 2nd and 3rd year from date of the Floor Plan contract skip payments of principal only will be granted with a maximum of 3 skip payments within each 12 month period.
