Rental Home means a single family dwelling that is 53
Rental Home means a First Nation House or Rent-to-Own Home that is owned by the First Nation and that is occupied by a Tenant under the terms of a Rental Agreement and includes the lands on which the house is situated.
Rental Home means a Shxw’ōwhámél Rental or a Rent-to-Own Home, and for greater certainty does not include the land on which such Shxw’ōwhámél Rental or Rent-to-Own Home is situated;
