Rental Guarantee definition

Rental Guarantee means the rental guarantee entered into between the Parties and to which this Agreement is appended as Annexure “A”;
Rental Guarantee means the lease deposit delivered by Party B to Party A in accordance with this contractual agreement.
Rental Guarantee means any of them.

Examples of Rental Guarantee in a sentence

  • In case the Lessee wants to join the Rental Guarantee Program, he should notify the Lessor about it before the Lease Registration and the Lessee must purchase “Exclusive furniture package” from the Lessor which is a necessary condition for the Rental Guarantee Program.

  • The Lessee may opt to switch from Rental Guarantee to Pool Rental Program by sending notice to the Lessor at least 60 days in advance.

  • The Lessee may rent out the Unit only by joining either Rental Guarantee Program or Rental Pool program.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Lessor exercises any of Lessor’s rights to terminate the Agreement, if any, other than the Lessor’s right to terminate the Agreement due to the default of Tenant under the terms of the Agreement beyond any applicable grace period, Tenant will be released from any and all of its obligations to pay Rental during the Rental Guarantee Period as of the effective date of the termination.

  • The Lessor allows the Lessee 15 day’s periods stay per year in the unit during within May 1st and October 31st during the Rental Guarantee period.

  • Should the Owner insist to refuse the qualified tenant, Property Manager has the right to cancel the Rental Guarantee Agreement with immediate effect.

  • The Lessor shall pay the Rental Guarantee Return to the Lessee’s account (The Rental Guarantee Return payments shall be made to the Lessee’s Thai Bank account in Thai Baht Only), the details of which the Lessee will provide to the Lessor in the additional Rental Guarantee Program Agreement which shall be signed by the Parties after the Registration Date.

  • The Owner acknowledges that where at any time during the Rental Guarantee Period, the rental payable by the tenant exceeds the rate of the FWGA and the rental moneys collected exceeds the FWGA, the Property Manager is only required to account in accordance with clause above, and the excess difference shall become and be deemed additional Management Agency Fee payable to the Property Manager.

  • Upon expiry of the 12month rental guarantee period, this Rental Guarantee will terminate, without affecting the Rental Agreement terms.

  • The Lessor shall pay the rental return to the Lessee account details of which Lessee will provide to the Lessor at the additional Rental Guarantee Program agreement into which both sides can enter after Registration Date.
