Examples of Rental Factor in a sentence
The Rental Payment under a particular Equipment Schedule shall be an amount equal to the product of (a) the Rental Factor and (b) the aggregate Lessor's Cost of Equipment subject to such Equipment Schedule.
The Interim Rate used to calculate the daily Interim Rent shall be equal to the Rental Factor for each Equipment Schedule divided by thirty (30).
Once the Lease Term commences for any Equipment Schedule, there will be no further adjustments to the Rental Factor for such Equipment Schedule.
The Monthly Rental Factor shall be adjusted by Lessor to provide for any increase in the yield of the Index Instrument on the Commencement Date of this Schedule.
For a 10 basis point movement in the LIBOR swap rate, Lessor may adjust the Rental Factor(s) by the Rental Factor Change Rate set forth on the Lease.

The Base Term Rental Factor has been determined based on an interest rate swap rate for a term corresponding to the maturity of this Lease as quoted in the Federal Reserve Statistical H15 Release and (B) such Base Term Rental Factor may be adjusted up or down (as appropriate) by Lessor based upon a corresponding interest rate swap rate quoted in such Release as in effect on the Delivery and Acceptance Date.
As used in this Section "Interim Rent" for components shall equal the product of: (i) the aggregate acquisition cost of the components, multiplied by (ii) a fraction having a numerator equal to the number of days such components are under lease during such month and a denominator of 360, multiplied by (iii) the Percentage Rental Factor as provided for in Subsection 1(s)(3).
If the Commencement Date of Lease occurs after this time, the Rental Factor will be adjusted for every basis point change in the Swap Rate from the date on the Lease to the Commencement Date of Lease.
