Rent Share definition

Rent Share. Means the money paid to the owners from the rent received from tenants of the Tiny Home which is the full rent less land rent and property management fees.
Rent Share. Tenant's Moody Stree▇ An amount equal to the Moody Stree▇ ▇▇▇t minus Rent Share: Landlord's Moody Stree▇ ▇▇▇t Share Tenant's Maximum With respect to either the Main Street or the Rent Share: Moody Stree▇ ▇▇▇se, the amount that Tenant would pay to Landlord if the Existing Lease Additional Rent was in an amount equal to Tenant's Moody Street Rent Share or Tenant's Main Street Rent Share, as the case may be, the interest rate was *% , and Tenant made equal monthly installments of Existing Lease Additional Rent and interest sufficient to fully amortize the Existing Lease Additional Rent over the period beginning on the First Payment Date and ending on the Maturity Date (as defined in Section 2 below). An estimate of Tenant's Maximum Rent Share for both the Main Street Lease and the Moody Stree▇ ▇▇▇se (but not including an estimate of any additional rent) is set forth on Schedule A.

Examples of Rent Share in a sentence

  • The Tenant Rent Share shall be determined by the AA and is due in advance on the first day of each month.

  • In addition to any other administrative and overhead charges which Landlord is entitled to collect from Tenant as Property Expenses and a charge of fifteen (15%) percent of such Property Expenses and shall be added to Tenant's Expense Rent Share to cover Landlord's administrative overhead charges.

  • To pay the Tenant Rent Share in a timely fashion and to pay all amounts for damages, fees, and charges legally due under the terms of this Lease in connection with occupancy of the leased Contract Unit, except for the amount of the Voucher Payment.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, all TIHDI Rent Share received by TIHDI from and after the execution of this Agreement shall, in excess of actual and reasonable nonprofit organizational operating expenses, be used to pay for transition costs or New TIHDI Units in accordance with this Agreement or, with the Authority’s prior agreement, to subsidize homeless activities or services on Treasure Island.

  • Tenant agrees that all allocated amounts Rent and the Tenant’s Rent Share are subject to change pursuant to HUD requirements (as the same may be amended at any time during the Term), changes in Tenant's family income, Tenant’s family composition, or extent of any applicable exceptional medical or other unusual expenses in accordance with HUD-established schedules and criteria (as may be amended at any time during the Term); or by reason of adjustment by HUD of any applicable Utility Allowance.

  • Tenant may report any decrease in income or any change in other factors considered in calculating Tenant’s Rent or Rent and the Tenant’s Rent Share.

  • All sublease payments under any EL Sublease shall be paid,, directly to Landlord, and shall be applied first to reduce Landlord's Main Street Rent Share and Landlord's Moody Stree▇ ▇▇▇t Share, as applicable, and the balance will be applied to reduce Tenant's Main Street Rent Share and Tenant's Moody Stree▇ ▇▇▇t Share, as applicable.

Related to Rent Share

  • RENT ADJUSTMENT Any amounts owed by Tenant for payment of Operating Expenses. The Rent Adjustments shall be determined and paid as provided in Article Four.

  • Option Share has the meaning ascribed to it in section "4.7" hereinbelow;

  • Rent Payment means the amount payable by Lessee for the Assets as specified in the applicable Schedule.

  • Unit Share has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement;

  • Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.
