Rent Refund definition

Rent Refund means, with respect to any Tenant in default under any applicable Lease, any payment of Rent (in whole or in part) delivered by such Tenant to Manager, to the extent Borrower or Manager reasonably determines the return of the same is necessary in order to preserve Borrower’s enforcement remedies under the applicable Lease.

  • Lessor shall evidence its election by giving notice thereof to Lessee no later than the due date of the first installment of rent due in the first Extended Term; provided, however, if Lessor fails to deliver such notice, Lessor shall be deemed to have elected to so credit the Aggregate Rent Refund.

Related to Rent Refund

  • Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Article 7 of this Sublease.

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Rent Reserve means, with respect to any store, warehouse distribution center, regional distribution center or depot where any Inventory subject to Liens arising by operation of law is located, a reserve equal to two (2) months’ rent at such store, warehouse distribution center, regional distribution center or depot.
