Rent Calculation has the meaning specified in Section 5(a)(ii).

Rent Calculation. The rent shall be calculated based on the Leased Area. From the Rent Calculation Date of this Contract to September 29, 2027, the fixed monthly rent shall be RMB 186.73 per square meter, totaling RMB 278,700.13 per month (including tax).
