Renren Shareholders definition
Renren Shareholders means all owners of Renren Class A ordinary shares, whether they are record holders or beneficial owners, as of the Record Date and, to the extent they are separate from the Class A ordinary shares, all owners of Renren ADSs, whether they are record holders or beneficial owners, as of the Record Date, but excluding as to either owners of Class A ordinary shares or Renren ADSs, all Defendants and the D&O Releasees.
