Renovation Plans definition

Renovation Plans means the final plans and specifications for Renovation of the Mortgaged Property, including all supporting engineering calculations and documents, as approved by Lender, and all amendments thereto approved in accordance with this Agreement.
Renovation Plans means the plans, specifications, drawings and related documents for the renovation work to be performed by the Borrower on the Property.

  • A copy of the Renovation Budget and the Renovation Plans satisfactory to the Lender.

  • The applicable Loan Party shall complete the Renovation promptly, in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the Renovation Plans.
