Renotification Date definition
Renotification Date means 5:00 p.m. (New York time) on a Business Day that is three (3) Business Days prior to a related CP Tranche Maturity Date; and
Renotification Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.14 of the Series 2000-1 Supplement.
