TopQuadrant will invoice Customer for Support Fees thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of each Renewal Support Period, and periodically for reimbursable expenses.
Customer shall pay Support Fees annually at the beginning of the Initial Support Period (as defined below) and each Renewal Support Period (as defined below), in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

During the Initial Support Period and during each subsequent Renewal Support Period (as each is defined in the Support and Maintenance Policy), Cireson warrants that the Software as delivered to the Cireson Reseller shall operate in substantial conformance with Cireson’s documentation and shall be free from material defects when operated as recommended by Cireson.
Solutions Provider understands that End Users retain the absolute right to choose from whom they will source their Renewal Support.
