Renewal Support definition

Renewal Support means a renewal period of VERITAS Extended or VERITAS Basic levels of Support, other than the initial period of Support.

  • TopQuadrant will invoice Customer for Support Fees thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of each Renewal Support Period, and periodically for reimbursable expenses.

  • Customer shall pay Support Fees annually at the beginning of the Initial Support Period (as defined below) and each Renewal Support Period (as defined below), in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

  • The Support Services shall automatically renew for additional one-year periods (each, a “Renewal Support Period”; the Initial Support Period and all Renewal Support Periods together, the “Support Term”) upon expiration of the Initial Support Period or any Renewal Support Period unless either party provides notice of termination at least ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled expiration date.

  • During the term of this Agreement and during the Post Termination Supply Period, LLC agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide to Vet USA the support offered to Customers in the Software Support Agreement of MWSTC ("Support") during the Initial Support Term and any Renewal Support Option (as defined in the MWSTC) for which Vet USA has paid pursuant to Section 6.3 hereof.

  • During the Initial Support Term or any Renewal Support Term, CUSTOMER will provide HEARTLAND with reasonable access (via remote telecommunications or on-site access at CUSTOMER 's premises) to CUSTOMER 's copies of the Subscription to the extent necessary, in HEARTLAND's discretion, to enable HEARTLAND to meet its support obligations as set forth in this Agreement.

  • If fees for Software Maintenance and Support Services are not timely paid for a Renewal Support Year, Maintenance and Support Services shall lapse and may only be re-instated if CLIENT pays all unpaid fees for each Renewal Support Year (whether or not services were received) since the effective date of this Product Addendum together with an additional fee equal to ***** (**%) percent of such unpaid fees.

  • During the Initial Support Period and during each subsequent Renewal Support Period (as each is defined in the Support and Maintenance Policy), Cireson warrants that the Software as delivered to the Cireson Reseller shall operate in substantial conformance with Cireson’s documentation and shall be free from material defects when operated as recommended by Cireson.

  • Solutions Provider understands that End Users retain the absolute right to choose from whom they will source their Renewal Support.
