Renewal Programme definition

Renewal Programme means the programme for the carrying out of the Renewal Works over the remainder of the Contract Period following the Initial Inspection, as agreed or determined in accordance with Clause 19 [Handback], as such programme may be revised or amended at any time in accordance with Clause 19 [Handback].
Renewal Programme means the programme for the carrying out of the Renewal Works over the remainder of the Contract Period following the Initial Inspection, as agreed or determined in accordance with Clause 55 (Handback), as such programme may be revised or amended at any time in accordance with Clause 55 (Handback).
