Renewal Notification definition

Renewal Notification is the first invoice or quote or message sent to Licensee pursuant to an impending (or past due) renewal of an Annual Term License. “Support” is the technical support provided by Insecure to licensees during the Maintenance Period, as described in Article 8. “Updates” are the new releases and improvements made to Npcap and provided to licensees during the Maintenance Period, as described in Article 9.

Examples of Renewal Notification in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 3.2 of this Exhibit and unless Hitachi’s Quote provides for auto-renewal of Software license and support terms,: (a) if the Renewal Notification relates to Software that is licensed to You on a term-based license, Support Services for that Software will be renewed concurrently with the renewal of the term-based license period; and (b) Support Services for Software that is licensed to You on a perpetual basis will be renewed for the period set out in the applicable Renewal Notification.

  • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].
