Renewal Form definition

Renewal Form means an application form to be completed by Program participants in each Benefit Period following the initial Benefit Period in order to continue to receive a Monthly Benefit.
Renewal Form means the MSSNG form submitted by Researcher to renew access to the MSSNG Database, which will be reviewed and approved in accordance with this DAA.
Renewal Form means the form submitted by Researcher to renew access to the Program Databank, which will be reviewed and approved DACO in accordance with this Policy.

  • For multiple residents, those wishing to renew must sign the Renewal Form.

  • Microsoft must receive a Renewal Form, Product Selection Form, and renewal order prior to or at the Expiration Date.

  • If Tenant does not provide the Termination Notice but signs and returns the Renewal Form (marked as a renewal) to Landlord, then Tenant shall be a tenant through the Renewal Term on the same terms of this Lease except: as specifically changed in the Renewal Option.
