Examples of Renewable Resource Appendix in a sentence

  • Customer shall execute a Renewable Resource Appendix in connection with the Company’s execution of a definitive agreement for each Customer Renewable Resource.

  • This Renewable Resource Appendix supplements, forms a part of, and is subject to, the terms of the Renewable Energy Service Contract, dated as of , 2019, between Company and Customer (as modified from time to time, the “Renewable Energy Service Contract” or “RESC”).

  • This Renewable Resource Appendix shall constitute a “Renewable Resource Appendix” within the meaning of the Renewable Energy Service Contract.
