Renew/Cancel Date definition
Renew/Cancel Date means the date by which Publisher must receive written notice of Advertiser’s decision to either renew or cancel LIA, if applicable. Advertiser is solely responsible for obtaining the Renew/Cancel Date for any LIA from Publisher’s Customer Service Office by calling the number specified on the applicable Order.
Examples of Renew/Cancel Date in a sentence
If any LIA is individually designated on the applicable Order as “Right of Renewal Eligible,” Advertiser shall have the limited right to renew such LIA for the next succeeding Directory issue provided that Advertiser signs a new Order for that particular LIA on or before the Renew/Cancel Date for such succeeding Directory at the rate(s) established by Publisher and that such right is not otherwise cancelled or extinguished pursuant to the Terms & Conditions.
With regard to any subsequent Media, notice of cancellation must be received on or before the Renew/Cancel Date established for the subsequent issue.
