Rendered Unusable definition

Rendered Unusable means destruction, recycling, or other permanent disposal of license plates pursuant to 42-3-201(6), C.R.S. and Code of Colorado Regulation 1 CCR 204-10 Rule 41. License Plate Destruction, Recycling and Disposal.

Examples of Rendered Unusable in a sentence

  • Section 2.01 This Agreement and all benefits and obligations identified herein shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for twenty (20) years or until the Landfill reaches Life of Site or Rendered Unusable, whichever time period is greater (the “Term”), unless the Agreement is otherwise terminated pursuant to the terms herein.

Related to Rendered Unusable

  • Unsuitable for Its Primary Intended Use means that, by reason of damage or destruction, or a partial Taking by Condemnation, the Facility cannot be operated on a commercially practicable basis for its Primary Intended Use, taking into account, all relevant factors, and the effect of such damage or destruction or partial Taking.
