Remuneration Model definition

Remuneration Model means the remuneration model provided by the Buyer and initialled for identification purposes by the Buyer and the LLP Sellers’ Representative as at the date of this Agreement;

Examples of Remuneration Model in a sentence

Related to Remuneration Model

  • Remuneration means any money or its equivalent given or passed to any person for services rendered by him and includes perquisites as defined under the Income-tax Act, 1961;

  • Remuneration Committee means the remuneration committee appointed by the Board;

  • Remuneration Report means the remuneration report which forms part of the Directors’ Report of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 and which is set out in the 2020 Annual Report.

  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one day prior to the Change in Control, and (ii) the Average Incentive Bonus.
