Removable Storage Media definition

Removable Storage Media means optical or other media that are designed primarily for transporting digital files between devices and that are removed in the ordinary course of consumer usage (e.g., flash memory cards), and does not include other storage media that are generally considered to be fixed in ordinary consumer usage (e.g., PC/laptop hard disk drives which are not meant to be removed when PC/laptop is running).
