Remote Zone definition
Remote Zone. A Pickup zone in which the vehicle is maintained at the zone and the operator reports directly to the vehicle to start their run. Reservation Agent: May also be referred to as a MetroAccessDemand Response Call Center Agent; an individual who responds to requests for transportation and informs a rider of the disposition of the ride request.
Remote Zone or “RZ” means a Charging Scheme operated by the Service Provider as part of the Additional Services that has its own rules of operation and may be interoperable with other Schemes but does not form part of the Congestion Charging Scheme or the LEZ Scheme;
