The establishment, discontinuance, and denial and/or terms of the Additional Remote Work Days Program is not subject to the Grievance Procedure set forth in this Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Additional Remote Work Days must be requested and will be tracked and administered through the Employer's timekeeping system(s).
Additional Remote Work Days must be used as whole days and cannot be used by an employee who has provided notice of their resignation.
The Employer may revoke or modify the Additional Remote Work Days Program at any time and for any reason.
Additional Remote Work Days do not roll over to following year and are prorated for new hires throughout the year.
