Remote Work Days definition

Remote Work Days means working an 8-hour work day from the Remote Work Site on a regular, temporary, on-going, and/or rotational basis rather than from the employee’s primary work location.

Examples of Remote Work Days in a sentence

  • The establishment, discontinuance, and denial and/or terms of the Additional Remote Work Days Program is not subject to the Grievance Procedure set forth in this Collective Bargaining Agreement.

  • Additional Remote Work Days must be requested and will be tracked and administered through the Employer's timekeeping system(s).

  • Additional Remote Work Days must be used as whole days and cannot be used by an employee who has provided notice of their resignation.

  • The Employer may revoke or modify the Additional Remote Work Days Program at any time and for any reason.

  • Additional Remote Work Days do not roll over to following year and are prorated for new hires throughout the year.

  • The Employer will provide employees with the opportunity to request up to 10 additional days in each calendar year (prorated for 2023) in which they may work remotely on a day that they would otherwise be working on-site (the “Additional Remote Work Days Program”).

  • Approval for an employee’s participation in the Additional Remote Work Days Program will be determined by the Employer in its sole discretion.

  • Work Days means judicial days (or a day when the court is open).

  • Remote Terminal or "RT" means a cabinet, vault or similar structure at an intermediate point between the End User Customer and CenturyLink's Central Office, where Loops are aggregated and hauled to the Central Office or Serving Wire Center using LCM. A Remote Terminal may contain active electronics such as digital loop carriers, fiber hubs, DSLAMs, etc.

  • Remote site means a setting physically separate from the sponsoring or supervising physician's primary place for meeting pa- tients or a setting where the physician is present less than twenty- five percent of the practice time of the licensee.

  • Remote location means any location that is at least one (1.0) mile from the location of a receptor. "Receptor" includes, but is not limited to, any hospital, school, day care center, work site, business, residence, and permanent campground. The distance to the nearest receptor is to be measured from the outermost limit of the area to be disturbed or road surface, whichever is closer.

  • Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.
