Remote Support Service definition

Remote Support Service means the use of remote data links from AVEVA to Customer's System to render the Support to Customer.
Remote Support Service or “RSS” means Support that is provided remotely, rather than onsite, using an electronic connection from BD’s servers to Customer’s Hardware.
