Remote Customer definition

Remote Customer means the end user not located in the exchange where dial tone
Remote Customer means any customer who resides in a remote area as advised by Foxtel at the time this Agreement is entered into by the parties.

  • Corporate Customer means external corporate party to this relationship for which You act as an aggregator and for which party You may have been granted by Polar the right to open access via AccessLink to receive Data of such Members who are also end-user customers of particular Corporate Customer, subject to You having provided required information of the Corporate Customer when accepting this AccessLink Limited License Agreement. You will have to accept AccessLink Limited License Agreement for each Corporate Customer separately.

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.

  • TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.

  • Remote access means that inspection can be made without the need to physically visit the courthouse where the court record is maintained.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.
