Remodeling construction definition

Remodeling construction means any construction or renovation to an existing structure, other than repair or addition, which requires a permit. Also, a change in a mechanical system that involves an extension, addition, or change to the arrangement, type, or purpose of the original installation of the system and that requires a permit.
Remodeling construction means any construction that improves current buildings or facilities and is estimated to cost more than one hundred fifty thousand dollars.
