Remobilization Costs definition

Remobilization Costs means actual costs paid by Vendor to resume performance of Services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, a Winter Suspension Period pursuant to Schedule 4.1 (Terms and Conditions for Construction) shall not constitute a suspension under this Section 7.7 (Suspension).

Examples of Remobilization Costs in a sentence

  • If the Client and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agree to restart the Project, the Client shall pay Remobilization Costs in addition to the original Project Fee.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if performance is suspended for a period of longer duration than forty-five (45) days during the performance of a Task Order, then PBC shall pay to Vendor Demobilization Costs and/or Remobilization Costs, as applicable.
