  • The Lower REMIC Interests shall be uncertificated and shall be held by the Trustee as assets of the Upper REMIC.

  • The Master REMIC will hold as assets the several classes of uncertificated Middle Tier REMIC Interests (other than the Class MTR-A-R Interest).

  • Any Realized Losses allocated to a Class of REMIC Interests and not reimbursed on the same Distribution Date shall be allocated to the Corresponding Class or Classes of Certificates as described below.
