Remediation Work Plan definition

Remediation Work Plan means the work plan agreed to among the Project Owner, El Segundo Power, LLC and the Environmental Remediation Contractor setting forth all corrective actions necessary or appropriate to satisfy the conditions and other requirements set forth in the EPA Letters.
Remediation Work Plan has the meaning provided in the Pre-Development Agreement. “Removal Event” means: (a) the occurrence of a felony, fraud, misappropriation of funds or wilful misconduct; (b) a breach of the transfer provisions in the Tenant Operating Agreement or any other constituent documents of Tenant or a parent entity thereof; (c) cessation of involvement in the day-to-day management and operation of the Premises; (d) bankruptcy and insolvency related events; (e) the death, legal incapacitation or retirement of a Developer Principal in connection with which notice and certifications are not given in accordance with Section 10.1(j); or (f) the occurrence of a material default or material misrepresentation under the Tenant Operating Agreement or other constituent document of Tenant or any agreement relating to the Premises, in each case subject to the expiration of any notice and cure periods in the Tenant Operating Agreement or such other constituent documents.

Examples of Remediation Work Plan in a sentence

  • The existing draft Remediation Work Plan will be submitted with the first Quarterly Progress Report.
