Examples of Remedial Repairs in a sentence

  • To the extent that the Remedial Repairs have not been completed prior to the Closing Date, the Purchaser shall assume the Repairs Contract at Closing and thereafter the Purchaser shall diligently complete such Remedial Repairs pursuant to the Repairs Contract.
