Remarketing Dealer definition

Remarketing Dealer means Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation and its successors and assigns under the Remarketing Agreement;

Remarketing Dealer means Banc of America Securities LLC or any successor Remarketing Dealer under the Remarketing Agreement.
