Remarketer. Remarketer" shall mean a third party specified by OEM and approved in writing by Adobe on a form similar to the attached Exhibit H ("Authorized Remarketers") and with whom OEM has entered into a written agreement containing, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraph 2.7.2 ("Remarketer Agreement") authorizing such third party to distribute a Licensed System or Remarketer Product under the third party's label.
