Remarketed Bonds definition

Remarketed Bonds means any Variable Rate Bonds which are remarketed in lieu of being Refunded Obligations as described in Section 2(j) of this Resolution.
Remarketed Bonds means any Floating Rate Bonds remarketed after the Issuance Date on a Mandatory Purchase Date to a Subsequent Floating Rate for a Subsequent Floating Rate Period.
Remarketed Bonds shall have the meaning given that term in the recitals to this Agreement.
