Remarket definition

Remarket has the meaning given in Section 11. --------
Remarket or "REMARKETING" has the meaning given in this Supplement.
Remarket and "Remarketing" means to re-lease or sell Off-Lease Equipment and shall include, in addition, shipping, packing, refurbishing, reconditioning, installation, training, insuring and other activities essential to re-leasing or selling Off-Lease Equipment. Unless the context otherwise indicates, all capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Pursuant to this appointment, Intel may directly solicit the interest of it customers and end-users in using the Remarket Items.

  • This Letter Agreement incorporates in the Purchase Agreement those terms applicable only to the Remarket Aircraft.

  • Further, if any item of a System subject to Remarketing due to the occurrence of a Customer default is Off-Lease for a period of ninety (90) days or more, or if any item of a System subject to Remarketing due to any other reason is Off-Lease for a period of ninety (90) days or more, SBCC may, upon ten (10) days prior written notice, notify Viisage of SBCC's intention to Remarket such System.

  • Further, if any item of Equipment subject to Remarketing due to the occurrence of an Obligor Default is Off-Lease for a period of ninety (90) days or more, or if any item of Equipment subject to Remarketing due to any other reason is Off-Lease for a period of sixty (60) days or more, Buyer may, upon ten (10) days prior written notice, notify Seller of Buyer's intention to Remarket such Equipment.

  • Except as expressly amended by the terms of this Letter Agreement, Remarket Aircraft are in all other respects “Aircraft” under the terms of the Purchase Agreement.

  • If Viisage fails to Remarket the item within such ten (10) days, SBCC or its designee may remarket such System on its own behalf.
